I want to receive emails only from senders, which are in my address book. The rest should be marked read and moved to another folder or deleted etc.

I know that basically I could add a filter for each sender, but later on
there might be several hundred filters for that purpose....not optimal.

We need something like "condition: sender is not in adress book" and then the required action (delete, mark read etc).

Hi - when I get a notification of new mailing in my SPAM folder I'd like to be able to delete all the spam direct from my POP3 mail inbox rather than looging in to gmx.com. A simple button to click on the notification message would do it! [....]

I think it is useful when a user moves a message out of the spam box, except trash through an imap client the email should be considered automatic no spam by the system like we had hit the no spam button. [....]

Can you please allow us to forward emails from the "Spam" folders so when we get phishing emails, we can forward them to the banks - without having to declare them as safe, forward them, then mark them as spam again! [....]

I would like to create an email rule that automatically save an attachement in a folder of my filestorage.
I think it's not yet possible.

A blacklist of email, which does not reach the spam folder, deleted it instantly.

After three equal emails in spam folder, send to blacklist.

Finally, show an advice when an email go to the black list. [....]

This feature is available in some competing mail providers. If I type in my email body "Please find attached the files" or any similar statement, and I accidentally forget to attach files to my message, then GMX should alert me that I am about to send this email without the attachments that I mentioned in the message body.

Also, it is useful to add the option to list the attached files at the bottom of the message in large text because some people just don't see them. [....]

GMX is great but always has a problem with reading Cyrillic letters, also translated Russian interface will attract much more users from ex USSR countries. [....]

Please improve email receiving from other accounts fast like Outlook, when we hit the button of send receive button, we get instant all the messages from the server. So please do something like that . I mean to say i wanna get quickly messages from other accounts when i should hit the button "Check".
