Change 1gb to 2gb on the storage welcome screen... It still shows 1 Gb on storage welcome screen even after you have upgraded to 2Gb.. [....]

Would be great to have an e mail service that didn't on numerous occasions do the following :-
1)..Refuse to load inbox / e mail side of things.
2)..Have a spinning wheel all the time instead of letting you in to your e mail inbox.
3)..Didn't throw up one of half a dozen ERROR messages when you are just trying to access e mails.
4)...states wrong account details even after one triple checks you have entered things right.
Innovations like that would be GREAT !! [....]

I think that gmx.com should have a separate chat or even the facebook chat will do. [....]

My account has been blocked now for 6 weeks. I am not the only person in this situation. I have not received any response or help or explanations from support@gmx.com, despite numerous emails and forum postings.

First, you need to REALLY improve your support. Its the weak link in what would otherwise be a real contender for the best email.

Secondly, you need to provide some explanation. Was it blocked because someonme tried to hack into the email address and it failed the password to often?
Was it blockled because of spam abuse? Well, thats not the case for me, seeing as [....]

What does it means that You Suggest me to use firefox\IE(...)\safari(?!) and deny to access by Opera??
If you prove to access by Opera (gmx.com) you can see that all works great. Opera respect 100% the correct standards of web development and transform in a pleasure surfing the net.
