Attachments alert

This feature is available in some competing mail providers. If I type in my email body "Please find attached the files" or any similar statement, and I accidentally forget to attach files to my message, then GMX should alert me that I am about to send this email without the attachments that I mentioned in the message body.

Also, it is useful to add the option to list the attached files at the bottom of the message in large text because some people just don't see them.
