Madrid need just two points to be crowned champions of Spain after beating Granada 2-1 but Ramos has warned them not to get complacent.
The Real captain said: "We can't relax, we haven't won anything and we have to keep that kind of motivation to win the title. It's true that we're one step closer but we still have matches ahead.
"We control our destiny with a game at home against Villarreal and we'll try to win every game left, which was the target. I hope we can celebrate this Liga title, this team has done everything to be in this position and the results speak for themselves."
Real had led 2-0 at half-time in Monday's (13.07.20) match but had to cling on to a narrow lead toward the end of the game which Ramos describes as a warning for Zinedine Zidane's side.
The 34-year-old defender added: "You let your guard down unconsciously after earning that 0-2 lead and maybe we decided not to go after our third goal. It's clear that you can't beat anybody if you don't play with intensity for 90 minutes.
"We need to think about this so that we learn for what's coming. Even though we got the win, these are mistakes we shouldn't make, like conceding a goal after five games with clean sheets."
