The boxing legend believes that Mayweather will have no problem against the YouTube star when they meet in an exhibition match next month.
Speaking on Logan's 'Impaulsize' podcast, Tyson said: "Floyd is going to beat (Logan’s) f****** ass.
"But it’s going to be good, though. He’s going to fight back. … (Mayweather) might let you hit him a couple of times to make the show look good.
"There’s always a danger when two men go into the ring. Anything can happen."
Tyson added that Mayweather is still a "gym rat" despite retiring from boxing.
He explained: "Let me tell you something about Floyd. No matter what anybody says about him, he’s always in the gym. He’s a gym rat. He retired, and he stayed in the gym. He can’t help it. He doesn’t do drugs, but that’s his heroine."
Logan's brother Jake is also pessimistic about his brother's chances against Mayweather and suggested that the fight is bad for the sport of boxing.
He said: "My brother’s f*****. It’s bad for the sport. I think it’s just for clout. My brother’s a fake fighter. I’m the real fighter.
"I wish him the best of luck. I just like, don’t get in there with a guy who’s never even been knocked down. He’s been knocked down once, and it was by accident."
