The British tennis stars have signed up for the Mubadala World Tennis Championship that will take place in the Middle East from December 16-18.
Murray, a winner of three Grand Slams, will feature in the men's draw alongside stars such as Rafael Nadal, Dominic Thiem and Andrey Rublev.
Meanwhile, US Open winner Raducanu will take on Olympic gold medallist Belinda Bencic in a one-off match on December 16.
Murray has previously won the Abu Dhabi event in 2009 and 2015.
The Scot said: "I’ve got many happy memories of Abu Dhabi and I’m looking forward to returning.
"With Emma also playing on day one, we will be flying the flag for British tennis and looking to put on a strong display."
Murray will take on Thiem on the opening day of the tournament and the winner will then go on to face Nadal in the semi-final.
Tournament chief John Lickrish said: "Andy has a special place in Abu Dhabi as the first champion of this tournament back in 2009.
"With his return completing our line-up, this year’s field is one of the strongest in the Championship’s history with the perfect blend of youth and experience, Abu Dhabi crowd favourites and exciting debutants. It’s shaping up to be a fantastic three-day festival on and off court."
