The Hall of Fame promoter previously witnessed Daniel Dubois, another of his fighters, defeat Joshua at Wembley Stadium, and Warren is convinced that Fury, the former heavyweight chmapion, will simply have too much for Joshua in their upcoming clash later in the year.
Speaking to SecondsOut, Warren said: "He’s got that spectre and that cloud over him of what happened to him when he fought against Daniel Dubois. You know he is vulnerable if he gets caught now. Tyson will stop him.
"Did you see him fight Daniel Dubois? I was confident Dubois would do that and he did. I’m confident Tyson will do the same thing. If he catches him, he will go."
Warren is also the promoter of Moses Itauma, the most exciting heavyweight prospect in the world. And the legendary promoter has revealed that Itauma, 21, could face the winner of the Fabio Wardley versus Daniel Dubois rematch.
Warren said: "I’m sure there are some great fights to be made between him [Itauma] and the winner of that fight [Wardley vs Dubois]."
Meanwhile, Dubois previously claimed that he was looking forward to his rematch with Wardley.
The 28-year-old heavyweight became a two-time world champion in Manchester in May, when he defeated Wardley in a brutal encounter at Co-op Live - but Dubois insisted he doesn't have any worries about rematching Wardley.
Speaking about a potential rematch after the fight, Dubois explained: "I'm going to go on another good run - I need a nice rest now.
"I want to congratulate Fabio on a great fight. What a warrior he is, he's a tough cookie. He took my shots and tested me. If the rematch happens, bring it on."
Dubois hit the canvas twice before winning the fight in the 11th round, and the world champion felt particularly proud of himself after the bout.
He said: "I was a bit nervy to start off with and a bit all over the place but I pulled it together and got the victory.
"I needed to get whacked, come back up, I felt like a warrior in there, digging deep and coming back. I wasn't going to be denied. I owed my dad and the people in my corner and I couldn't let them down."
