Eastmond linked up with Wasps in 2016, however, his career has stalled due to injuries and he has featured just 23 times.
Second-row Symons has turned out 31 times following his switch from London Irish two years ago and he joins former Leinster man Macken and ex-Gloucester prop Doran-Jones in heading for the exit door.
Head coach Dai Young admits it was a tough decision for the club to make but has wished the players well with their future endeavours.
Young said: "I hope the players have enjoyed their time with us.
"On behalf of everyone at Wasps, I would like to thank Paul, Kyle, Brendan and Matt for their contributions.
"Professional rugby is a tough world within which players and coaches do move clubs, but it still can be a sad time when faces change."
Wasps had previously confirmed that English pair Danny Cipriani and James Haskell would leave at the end of 2017-18 as part of a huge overhaul in personnel.
