The Tottenham Hotspur boss - who took charge of the North London club in 2019 following his exit from Manchester United the previous year - is said to have joined with the likes of Carlo Ancelotti and Jorgen Klopp in calling for the season to be resumed amid the coronavirus pandemic.
According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Jose addressed managers who are more reluctant and would rather wait during a League Managers' Association meeting on Wednesday (13.05.20).
He reportedly said: "If you don't want to play, stay home and watch Bungesliga!"
It's said that bosses like Frank Lampard, Pep Guardiola and Nigel Pearson raised concerns about rushing back into matches.
However, with Premier League discussions still ongoing about a possible return next month, German top flight football will resume this weekend.
