Rashford runs PE class for kids on CBBC

Marcus Rashford joined CBBC to help kids keep active during lockdown.

The Manchester United star has already been doing his bit amid the coronavirus pandemic, including his work with FareShare UK - a charity which provides two million meals each week to vulnerable children - which saw him raise £20 million for the project.

On Wednesday morning (10.06.20), Rashford continued his good work as he guided kids through a range of stretches to help them get ready for a big match.

Initially, the 22-year-old forward shared stories from his early career in football, before moving to his personal gym area for the workout.

After a focus on the hamstring and groin, he moved on to a circuit of exercises including press-ups, sit-up, jumping jacks, leg balancing, hopping and lunges.

Following the broadcast, he tweeted: "I'm going to get the class up on my website so the kids can pause it and work through it at a pace they want.

"Will let you all know as soon as it's up... hope the kids enjoyed it this morning"
