A huge 83 per cent of people surveyed feel that taking a holiday or a short break reduces their stress levels, increases productivity and helps them re-identify their best selves.
When it comes to wellness breaks, the Germans tend to travel the most, with 64 per cent admitting to going on one of these types of holidays whilst only 10 per cent of Americans do the same.
And it certainly seems like it works because 72 per cent of Germans admit they feel less stressed than they did the previous year.
