The YouTuber-turned-pugilist has been out of action since breaking his jaw in his loss to Anthony Joshua in December but is confident that he will be back in the ring by the end of the year.
Paul told Sky Sports: "I love fighting. I love all sides of it, even the broken jaw and all the things that come with the sport. I'm probably pretty crazy but there's definitely more for me to accomplish in the ring.
"I think I can spar in four to five months. It's getting better day by day but it's definitely still annoying.
"We'll see what happens when I get back to sparring and how it feels, but potentially could fight in November or December."
Paul has proposed a crossover bout with former UFC champion Francis Ngannou but has shut down the prospect of a rematch against his bitter rival Tommy Fury.
The social media star said: "We've tried so many times with the Furys and they are just pretty daft. I don't need to grant someone life, no one's heard of Tommy Fury.
"I'm not trying to negotiate any more with him. That's where things stand there."
However, Paul is "serious" about the possibility of taking on heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk in a mixed martial arts (MMA) bout.
He said: "It's definitely serious, but we'll see what happens. I need to start training first. There's too many things to do in life."
Paul recently suggested that Ngannou would be an "easy fight" for him and claimed that he could knock out the former UFC ace like Joshua did in 2024.
He said: "I wouldn’t say there’s a long list of opponents.
"I think most recently Francis Ngannou was talking a lot of smack. He is an easy fight for me.
"I’ll go back up to heavyweight and knock him out like Joshua did, render him unconscious.
"He knows I lasted longer than him against Joshua. I didn’t get put out."
