Eden Hazard wanted by Real now

Reports in Spain are linking Eden Hazard with an unlikely late move to Real Madrid before the transfer window closes.

Spanish outlet Don Balon has claimed the Belgium international is desperate to seal a switch to the Bernabeu and the 26-year-old playmaker is Zinedine Zidane's dream signing for the reigning European champions.

Hazard has been linked with Real in the past and remains on their radar, while the former Lille man is believed to be keen to join Los Blancos at some point but a late summer move to the Spanish giants would come as a surprise as things stand.

Hazard is yet to play for Chelsea this season after suffering a broken ankle on international duty with Belgium at the start of the summer and he still has three years left on his current contract with the Blues.

Hazard has returned to light training following his injury but he remains some way off making a first-team return and is not expected to be available for around another month at least, further casting doubt over any potential move away before the window closes on Thursday night.
