Leigh Halfpenny, Taulupe Faletau and Dan Biggar are all fit and available again and will come into contention, while Ross Moriarty also looks to be winning his race for fitness following a shoulder injury.
Faletau has been on the sidelines since early December after picking up a knee injury, while Biggar was forced to miss the opening two rounds of the Six Nations with a shoulder injury, but both could play along with Halfpenny, who sat out the defeat against England.
Not only that but George North and fellow winger Liam Willams scored trys for Northampton and Saracens at the weekend to lift morale further.
"Obviously a few boys are happy they have scored at the weekend and have had some good wins," McBryde said. "They are back with a spring in their steps and looking forward to Saturday.
"There will be a few tough calls on some individuals and we look forward to having that discussion later."
