The two fighters fought in an epic bout last month with Eubank Jr coming out on top but Froch doesn't think another fight would be safe because of the weight discrepancies between the two competitors.
Froch told Sporting Talk: "I’d be surprised if Conor Benn wants that fight. His trainer, Tony Sims, knows better than to put him back in there with him.
"I don’t think it’d be at 160 with a 10lbs rehydration clause. It might be at 160, but there won’t be a 10lbs rehydration clause in the rematch.
"Eubank holds all the cards now. Conor Benn is not a super middleweight, so if you’re looking after Conor Benn and not the bank account of somebody else, then you’re not taking that fight."
However, Benn's promoter Eddie Hearn revealed that the fighter is desperate to avenge the first loss of his career and has proposed a September rematch at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
He told Sky Sports: "I know September 27, back at Spurs, is a date that he [Saudi financier Turki Alalshikh] has put forward and proposed. We're ready, really. We signed the contract for two fights.
"Conor's just desperate to run it back. He feels like he's going to improve a lot going into that fight. [It was] his first fight in 14, 15 months, at 160lbs.
"Look, they provided us with just a night we'll never forget in so many ways. And both fighters deserve so much credit. We'd love to run it back."
