Triple D, 27, is set to face The Cat, 38, again at Wembley Stadium on July 19 after Dubois was knocked out by his opponent in the ninth round of their first match in August 2023.
Now, Dubois has promised he will not let up and throw as many punches as possible against Usyk after he dropped the fighter with a body shot in the first bout, though the hit ultimately didn’t give him the victory.
Dubois told DAZN Boxing: “I worked on that shot in camp for a long time. So, we pulled it off. I thought they robbed me of that.
“There might be [a weakness for Usyk to the body]. This time, I have to throw the kitchen sink at him.”
Dubois added fans were “in for a shock”, and would knock out the unified heavyweight champion to give him the win.
He said: “I believe it’s going to be totally different. If people believe it’s going to be the same thing, they’re in for a shock. I can’t wait.
“This is where I did it the last time [Wembley Stadium], and I’m going to do it again.”
Dubois - who is returning to the ring following his victory over Anthony Joshua last year - promised to beat Usyk and “take over” the heavyweight division.
Speaking with Sky Sports, he said of the fight: “Fireworks, it's going to be bombs away on the night.
“I'm going to be the one throwing the bombs, coming through whatever I've got to come through. I'm not going to be denied.
“I see him as a top guy, he's one of the best ranked in the world but now I think it's my time. You know I'm the young lion here, I've got to prove I'm a real force, a new force in the division and I'm going to take over. Prepare, prepare, fight, destruction, yeah.”
