Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn's rematch set for November

Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn's rematch will take place on November 15 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The Ring Magazine claims that the rivals have "completed the deal" to resume their rivalry after Eubank Jr won on points in the original fight in April following a brilliant battle at the same venue.

The announcement comes after negotiations between the pair had seemingly fallen apart last month, with Benn suggesting that he wasn't interested in waiting for his opponent to commit to the rematch.

He told Sky Sports News: "I'm not waiting. I'm not waiting around. I feel like my career has sort of been on hold to give the fans this fight, and I'm glad that the fight delivered, but now I've got to just tick the box off on my personal goals, which is winning a WBC world title.

"It's either [moving back down to] 147lbs for me or the rematch.

"I'm ready to honour my side of the agreement, which was a two-fight deal [at middleweight] and it's safe to say he's scared. He almost lost. It could have gone either way. To a welterweight."

Benn previously admitted that he needs to be "less emotional" in the ring if he is to get revenge for his defeat in the first fight - which brought back memories of the legendary 1990s rivalry between the pair's fathers Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank.

He said: "I'm going to go in there and steam straight into him. Same as the first one, less emotional, shall we say.

"Less heart, more brains, you know?

"I felt like in the fight, my demeanour was all win. I was up 30 seconds before the bell [to start each round]. I was up, ready to go.

"You look at my demeanour and look at his, who's deflated?

"For me, I'm excited to run it back, more educated. Experience gained, lessons learned, going to get in there and handle business."
