Jake Paul will be ‘erased’ by Gervonta Davis, Timothy Bradley warns

Timothy Bradley thinks Jake Paul will be “erased” by Gervonta Davis.

The Problem Child, 28, is due to face Tank, 30, on November 14, 2025 in Miami, Florida, and Bradley, 42, thinks the fight will be “too easy” for Davis.

Speaking in a video uploaded to his YouTube channel, the retired boxer said: “It’s going to be like a bee and an elephant. You’ve got Jake, who is big, but the bee is going to scare him. He’s going to have him running.”

He added: “Tank isn’t going to lose this fight. He’s going to mop the floor with Jake Paul. He’s about to erase this leech. He’s about to cut this leech out the game.”

After his bout with Davis, Paul wants to face Anthony Joshua, 35, but AJ’s promoter Eddie Hearn has other plans.

He told Sky Sports: “We're certainly not holding out for a Jake Paul fight. We're making our own plans and that will be January, February 2026.”

The Matchroom promoter, 46, added Paul certainly would not be given the chance to get in the ring with Joshua if he is knocked out by Davis.

Hearn said: “They've come on to me and said, 'We want to make that fight [with AJ].' I said, 'I can't make that fight until you've fought Gervonta Davis in this exhibition.'

“If you get chinned by Gervonta Davis, don't think you're fighting Anthony Joshua, it's ridiculous. So we'd rather they didn't take that fight if we're going to make the [Joshua] fight.”

Earlier this month, the Paul-Davis fight was moved from Atlanta, Georgia, to the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida.

Paul said in a statement: “New city, same mission, seek and destroy the tank. Kaseya Center. Friday, November 14. I'm bringing the heat, and Miami will see me take down this angry elf while the world watches.”

In a statement of his own, Davis said: “Jake Paul has been cherry picking in the sport of boxing for a while now, but he picked the wrong opponent this time.

“He better start losing some weight, chasing some chickens, and pray that helps him some on fight night.”
