The 50-year-old took up his role at Sixways Stadium in January this year and ensured that they remained in the Aviva Premiership.
The South African tactician penned a new one-year deal in April and will need to work his magic over the remainder of the season as Warriors have yet to win this term and prop up the table at present.
They are four points off 11th-placed London Irish but will have to find some form sooner rather then later to avoid being cut adrift.
Gold will see out the rest of his contract and is determined to leave the club in England's top division before he heads across the Atlantic.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sixways and my focus will remain on Warriors until the end of the season, where I hope to leave the club in a strong place to ensure it can be successful in the long-term," he said.
