The 19-year-old fractured a metatarsal in his right foot in August and has been sat twiddling his thumbs waiting to be given the all clear.
Blair is now nearing full fitness and is keen to get back in the fold, with the Swans youngsters set for a busy few weeks playing five games across 21 days.
The Scot says he is now close to full fitness and is desperate to get back on the field as soon as possible.
"I am back running on the grass which is great," he said. "I am glad to be back out there but I still have a few weeks to go before I am fully fit and ready for match action.
"It has been frustrating to sit on the sidelines and watch all the games going on. We have had some good results and I have been gutted not be a part of them."
