Reports in the Italian press have suggested that a move is on the cards in the January transfer window, with the agent Francesco Lingenti claiming there is interest from Napoli, Juventus and AC Milan.
However, Masuaku has now hit back saying all the reports are false and he is only focused on his time with West Ham and their battle to climb the Premier League table, while also revealing who his real agent is.
Speaking on Twitter, the full-back said: "In order to avoid any misunderstandings, I'd like to stress out that neither me or my agent (Panos Galariotis) know mr. from Italy.
"So everything that is published is completely false. I'm only focused on helping my team achieve its goals. (sic)"
Masuaku has struggled for regular game time with the Hammers since arriving from Olympiacos two years ago but has no intention of moving on just yet.
