The Swans, who narrowly avoided relegation last season, have enjoyed a massive turnaround since Carlos Carvalhal's appointment on December 28, with just one defeat from 12 matches in all competitions.
The Portuguese tactician has guided the Welsh outfit to four Premier League victories and the upturn in results has seen the club climb to 16th in the table, a point above the bottom three where they had spent much of the season.
Next up is a trip to Brighton, who are two places and one point ahead of Carvalhal's men, and Olsson says his side are confident of getting something against the Seagulls.
"Brighton is another big game but we are focused," he told the club's official website.
"We feel we can come away with something and that's what we are trying to do in every game we play. We are working hard and hopefully the results will keep coming."
