The forward is yet to make a senior appearance for the Warriors and he enjoyed a stint with Luctonians in National Two North last season.
Scott gained further experience over the summer as he helped England under-20s to reach the final of the World under-20 Rugby Championship.
However, he admits that he probably isn't ready to step up and feature in the Premiership just yet and feels a spell in National League One could prove beneficial.
Scott said: "I haven't played any National One games yet so it would be quite a huge jump to go from playing with the under 20s to going straight into the first team (at Warriors).
"I think even the change from under 18s to adult rugby (is big). I was out at Lucs last year and played my first 80 minutes.
"Having to play those extra 10 minutes was huge so being able to be involved in an even higher standard of adult rugby would be brilliant for my development.
"If I could manage to get myself into a National One team and start playing regularly again then that would be a good starting point for the year."
