The upcoming flagship was supposedly seen at the 2025 Peace Elite League (PEL) Summer Finals in China, as a group of e-sports players gathered around the device.
In a post on Weibo, GizmoChina shared a photo of the phone, which sports a new square camera module.
The device also features a boxy, iPhone-like design and a grey color, which has been described as “titanium”.
GizmoChina added in the caption: “Guess what they’re looking at.”
Alongside the new design, a series of rumors point to the improved hardware powering the OnePlus 15.
According to reports, the device will be among the first handsets to ship with Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, promising major gains in both raw performance and AI-driven tasks.
Other leaks suggest the phone may carry an upgraded 165Hz LTPO AMOLED display with peak brightness levels rivalling Samsung’s Galaxy flagships - though could come at the cost of having a lower resolution, at 1.5K.
Meanwhile, the alert slider - which has been present on OnePlus devices since the OnePlus 2 in 2015 - is said to be replaced with a customisable button similar to the Action Button seen on Apple’s iPhones.
Battery life is also expected to see changes, with the OnePlus 15 reportedly set to pack a 7,000mAh cell.
Pricing for the phone remains unconfirmed, though analysts believe it will stay close to the £899/$899 starting point of the OnePlus 13.
The OnePlus 15 is tipped to be revealed in China before a wider global release in early 2026.
