Pavlok helps to break worst habits

A smart bracelet promises to break your worst habits.

Pavlok is described as a "behaviour training device" that stops bad behaviour by shocking the person when they do something bad.

Writing on their website, they shared: "Pavlok is a behaviour training device - it vibrates to reward you for good behavior and administers an electric stimulus to train away bad behaviour.
