The British fighters will clash in the ring again on October 12 after an epic battle in the initial fight in March ended in a draw and Wardley is convinced that he did enough to earn victory in that bout.
Wardley told reporters: "It depends who you ask really, but I don't think it was a draw at all. I think I pressed the fight, I pressed the action, I had him going in the fight numerous times.
"I had him down. I got a point deduction. I think there's numerous points there that prove that I won the fight. But it sets up for a bigger rematch."
Wardley and Clarke's rematch will take place on the undercard of the fight between Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the British and Commonwealth champion is aiming to win decisively in the Middle East.
He said: "I get to come back to Riyadh, do it on a massive show, a massive card, and finally settle the score properly."
Clarke is in an equally aggressive mood and wants to correct the "mistakes" he made in the original bout.
He said: "I just can't wait to smash him in the face again. This is the fight that I wanted. Draws don't sit well with me. You could see I was devastated at the end of the fight.
"I look back at that and just see mistake after mistake that I made. Mistakes can't be made. When the stakes are high it's all about who can hold it together and cut those mistakes out."
