The Chelsea midfielder, 23, swaps the pitch for a haunted house in the new advert, which sees him and his sister Hallie taking on a series of jump scares, creepy portraits, and ghostly surprises while playing a game of Hot vs. Cole.
The video marks the launch of Pringles’ new glow-in-the-dark tubes, available in limited-edition Hot Hauntin’ Sour Cream and Hot Scary BBQ Ribs flavours.
The special packs light up in the dark and double as Halloween decorations.
Seanain McGuigan, Pringles brand manager, said in a statement: “Halloween is becoming bigger and bolder every year, and tasty treats are just the start of it.
“Set to spice up the Halloween festivities, our iconic Pringles tubes have had a real glow-up and are perfect to get you in the spooky season mood — even doubling up as haunting home décor!”
The glow-in-the-dark Pringles are available now in major retailers including Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, and Co-op.
Palmer has been out of action for the last four games after suffering a groin injury, and missed Chelsea’s most recent Premier League match against Liverpool on Saturday (04.10.25), which ended in a 2-1 win for The Blues.
Prior to the game, Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca said Palmer was still injured and didn’t have any updates on the midfielder’s recovery.
He said: “Cole is still out. I don't have any updates at the moment. We have a meeting this week to see how he is, and we will then decide [whether he can return after the international break].”
Although he watched Chelsea’s victory at Stamford Bridge with joy, Palmer seemingly took a knock after he was bounced into by an excitable Jorrel Hato,19, causing the midfielder to grimance as he looked in pain.
Palmer could potentially return to the pitch for Chelsea’s away game with Nottingham Forest on October 18.
