Vunipola was not considered for selection by England coach Eddie Jones for this weekend's Six Nations clash with Wales as a precaution due to concerns regarding the coronavirus.
The loosehead prop travelled back from Tonga last weekend via Hong Kong, an area that has been considerably affected by the disease, with protocol put in place for people to self-isolate if they return to British shores from that part of the world.
However, those guidelines are specifically for people that display symptoms, which Vunipola has not, and he has been training with Saracens throughout the week.
It has now been confirmed that the 29-year-old will make his first appearance for Sarries in two months at Allianz Park on Saturday.
Vunipola's last involvement for Mark McCall's side came in January when he scored a try to help Saracens book their place in the quarter-finals of the European Champions Cup with a victory over Racing 92.
