Contactless travel is the way forward

Contactless travel is the way forward following the coronavirus pandemic.

A joint study - titled Unravel Travel: Fear & Possibilities in a Post Coronavirus (Covid-19) World - by social research agency Blackbox Research, data provider Dynata, and language partner Language Connect has revealed that travellers are looking for as much contactless travel options as possible, which includes the likes of e-boarding passes as well as digital health passports and no middle seats in planes.

When asked what they thought the future of travel would be like, nearly half (44 per cent) of all respondents said they felt e-boarding passes would definitely be part of future travel, whilst 43 per cent wanted to see touchless lavatories more common place. And two fifths (40 per cent) of people want contactless journeys from airports to hotels, whilst 36 per cent of travellers want no more middle seats in transportation.
