The iconic Dubai hotel has topped YouGov's Hotel Advocacy Rankings 2024 with a score of 76.5 - meaning it is the property most likely to be recommended in the UAE.
The rankings look at brands' former and current customers and analyse which brands had the highest proportion of people recommending them to a family member or friend from January 1 to December 31, 2023.
Emirates Palace took second place with a score of 75.2, followed by Atlantis the Palm Dubai (72.6) and Ritz-Carlton (70.0) in third and fourth respectively.
Jumeirah and Anantara are fifth and sixth with scores of 68.6 and 68.2, while other brands with high levels of customer advocacy include Hilton, Shangri-La, Waldorf Astoria and Marriott.
The results are based on information gathered from the YouGov Brand Index, which tracks hundreds of brands in the UAE across 16 different metrics.
YouGov has also revealed the top ten airlines recommended by customers with Emirates topping the list with a score of 88.0.
Singapore Airlines (78.8) and Etihad Airways (77.7) followed in second and third, with Qatar Airways (74.3) taking fourth position.
Cathay Pacific, British Airways and Turkish Airlines also feature in the list.
