The new lounge represents a significant investment by the airline and reinforces Edinburgh Airport’s growing status as an international gateway with an increasingly premium passenger offering. It is Turkish Airlines’ eighth lounge outside Türkiye and its first abroad location anywhere in Europe.
Spanning 673 square metres, the lounge can accommodate up to 149 guests and has been designed to deliver a high-end experience reflective of the airline’s award-winning hospitality. Facilities include an open buffet, a luxury relaxation area with televisions and WiFi, and two dedicated prayer rooms. Additional amenities include a baby care room, an accessible restroom for passengers with reduced mobility, and real-time flight information screens.

Access to the lounge is available to Turkish Airlines Business Class passengers, Miles+Smiles Elite, Elite Plus and Elite Corporate Club members travelling in any cabin, and holders of the airline’s Miles+Smiles Premier Visa Signature Card issued in the United States. Passengers with a Paid Lounge membership card are also eligible for entry ahead of departure.
Edinburgh Airport welcomed the opening as a major enhancement to its premium services.
